We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the needs of our local community. AFC-CDC has been developing permanent housing with supportive services since 1995 and successfully assisted and provided permanent housing to over 700 low-income families and individuals for 26 years preventing our clientele from returning to homelessness and assisting them with case management supportive services.
