AFC-CDC has created a network of service providers and community-based initiatives that will provide a strong support system for those who are in need of services. This allows us to strengthen families to achieve self-sufficiency and contribute to the revitalization of our communities. 

Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center provides Substance Abuse Detox and Recovery Treatment. The Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center offers substance abuse treatment through a wide variety of programs such as 12 Step Meetings, Self-Management and Recovery Training, etc. They offer intensive outpatient programs as well as Mental Health Assessment and Treatment. 

The Lawndale Health Center will serve as an alternative service provider for Mental Health Assessment and Treatment. 

M2M Consulting, LLC provides Life skills and Financial Literacy Counseling to our residents. M2M Consulting, LLC counsels our residents on Life skills such as Personal Development, Personal Motivation, Teamwork, Leadership, etc. that helps them excel at their workplace and manage their personal & professional relationships. M2M Consulting, LLC also counsels our residents on Financial Literacy Counseling on the ability to use their knowledge and skills to manage financial resources effectively to promote their financial wellbeing. 

Back to the Basics Inc. provides employment training, placement, and retention which includes providing assessment, job preparation, job readiness, job placement, and retention services. 

Target Area Development Corp. provides a computer lab and Educational Community Center to our clients. 

Family Cares Mission provides assistance with Service Coordination. They also provide an afterschool program for our youth and young adults to attend.

Apna Ghar, Inc. provides Domestic Violence Services.

Malcolm X College and Kennedy King College provides Vocational Training and Education.
