Luciana Juszczyk Executive Director
Luciana Dawn Juszczyk is the Executive Director of the AFC-Community Development Corporation. As the Executive Director, Luciana is dedicated to preserving and expanding affordable housing and providing supportive services for low-income individuals and families. Luciana graduated from Saint Xavier University in 2001 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance. She worked at AFC-Community Development Corporation as the Administrative Assistant/Case Manager from 2002 to September 2020. In October 2020, she was promoted as the Executive Director of the organization.
Since that time, she has assisted over 700 families with supportive, affordable housing and sustainable services. Her twenty years of experience at the AFC-Community Development Corporation has been comprised of helping to house those who were either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless; assisting clients with supportive services; performing administrative and fiscal duties; and collaborating with other community-based agencies for the betterment of our clientele.
